Do I owe money for the DVD Ulitmate NASCAR sent me unsolicited?
If I understand all the elements labels sent to me (unsolicited return address, calendars, note cards) were mine to keep free. Send these charities to make you feel guilty and donate money for the "gift" which has been closed – officially no obligation for the recipient. Months ago, I was sent a DVD called Ultimate NASCAR DVD Collection (disc 1). I felt as if I would be charged I choose to keep – and I've been getting bills! – But, since I never asked it first, do I really need to return or pay why? I'm not sure it's the same company, but I offered up a NASCAR program "free" which you can follow shopping on the Internet. When people forget to cancel the trial, they are charged $ 70 for next year, no cancellation possible. Is this just another slimy attempt to get people to pay money when they did not intend to buy a product? Do they that NASCAR fans are too ignorant to defend themselves?
If it's the same one they sent me, do not pay a penny. I do not pay them anything. I did not order and they can not prove I did. I'm not real happy with NASCAR's marketing and sales tactics.
