Yates Racing Remains Loyal to Ford
Nextel Cup team Robert Yates Racing has confirmed it will continue to work with Ford manufacturer href = "http://www.aftermarketperformanceparts.com/ford-focus-performance-parts.html"> Ford Focus performance parts for years to come after Ford Racing Technology has ensured that it has signed another contract with the team for the next five years.
Yates has been much speculation this year as she had suggested they were working on a matter of power of DEI car next year. Other teams working on the Dodge power were reported to have approached Yates for their engines built by them.
However despite Yates that they have gone through a difficult period recently promised to remain loyal to Ford. The team worked with the company Oval blue for the past 19 years and has been able to reach 57 NASCAR Nextel Cup championship wins in 1999 with Dale Jarrett.
At present RYR is handling two Ford Fusions in the NASCAR Nextel Cup for David Gilliland and Ricky Rudd, while drivers Stephen Leicht squad isolated input Busch Series.
Team founder Robert Yates said: "For Ford to find and support us when we do not have our best days is really a great feeling. They will not turn its back on us. They offer us many help to get this agreement is returned, and certainly with the support engineering, so we appreciate everyone at Ford, everyone who works on them and everyone who buys them. I am very grateful to have this Agreement. We are very pleased this is because there was speculation that we had nothing or that we were looking elsewhere. This was not true, but it is hard to quiet your critics, especially when your competitors are trying to kill you, so I would like to thank Ford for being loyal to us. "
The last race where the team won a race was at Talladega in the year 2005 with Dale Jarrett and has continued to show their powerful engines by scanning the front row at the Daytona 500 this year and putting David Gilliland on the front row at Talladega last April.
